Process effectiveness and efficiency is reviewed on a continuum relative to product realization through the system. It is the strength of the interdependent linkages that defines Production Spring. Production Spring has a cross functional and vertical team established, and formally trained, to perform internal audits on its ISO/TS 16949 system. We thus not rely on outside auditors for compliance, but audit ourselves.

Testing and Inspection Equipment

Used for inspection, verification and certification. Testing required beyond our scope is sent to a local certified lab. Production Spring is TS certified.  Our robust, embedded quality process greatly reduces the risk of production stoppages which can potentially cause untold costs. Our World class PPM of 5 is by far a greater PPM performance than most competitors in the industry.
