Production Spring manufactures its
products from a 45,000 square foot facility. Approximately 3,500 square
feet of the building is office space with the remaining space
designated for production.
While we utilize 3rd Parties to build
our production tools, our team includes highly-skilled and experienced
professionals to design and maintain our production tools in-house.
quality lab
Quality is completely integrated into
our production processes. We have a fully staffed quality lab
in the production facility, equipped with testing and inspection
equipment for tensile strength and hardness testing, salt spray testing
and load testing.
