Production Spring currently utilizes 26 fourslide machines ranging from #1 - #4, accommodating a broad range of metal thicknesses and widths.  Torin and Nilson fourslides accommodate wire diameters from .63mm – 6.4mm (.025” - .25”) and material strip widths up to 89mm (3.5”).  

Fourslides utilize multi-functional tooling for complex part configurations.  Tooling for fourslides are typically on an accelerated lead time relative to tooling for stamping presses for high speed part manufacturing.
